Chirpy Green Smoothie

 

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cups romaine
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup coconut water / plain water
  • chopped mint to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley to taste
  • juice of one lemon
  • grated ginger root 1/4tsp or pinch ginger powder
  • pinch red pepper
  • pinch pepper powder
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric

 Add water according to the consistency desired, blend and enjoy!

Choco Yum  Smoothie

 

 Ingredients

  • 15 oz unsweetened coconut milk /plain water/oat milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 Tbsp raw organic cacao powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • few drops vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp raw organic cashews (optional for crunch)

 

Blend and enjoy

 

For pudding:

  • 4-6 Tbsp chia seeds

Once thoroughly mixed, add chia seeds and refrigerate till ready.

 

Ginger Ginger Smoothie

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup oat milk/coconut milk/flax milk or plain water
  • 2 cups romaine
  • 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • dash of organic honey if needed
  • pinch pepper
  • pinch of sea salt
