From Breaking Point to Life’s Work
The Breakdown
Success on paper. But one morning, her body simply stopped.
The Search
She stepped outside the systems she knew and immersed herself in Ayurveda, naturopathy, meditation, yoga, breath work, and the teachings of living masters.
The Return
Within three months, her energy returned. Others noticed the transformation and began seeking her guidance.
The Work Today
That transformation became her life’s work: helping others reconnect with themselves from the inside out.
You are not exhausted because you are doing too much.
You are exhausted because you are trying to build a life from a place of disconnection.
By every external measure, she was succeeding. Then one morning, she couldn't lift herself out of bed. She tried every remedy available to her, and none of it touched what was actually wrong.
What followed was a complete departure from the systems she had trusted. She spent two decades in an ashram in rural India, studying Ayurveda, naturopathy, meditation, yoga, and breath work, and seeking out the teachings of living masters. She came back with something no protocol had given her: a stable internal foundation from which to actually heal.
Within three months, her energy returned. People who had known her in her bedridden state could not account for the change. Word spread, and others began to seek her out. That pattern became her life's work.

AS SEEN ON
Say the words out loud: I Love Myself.
This process starts with three words most high-achieving women can't say without flinching.
Notice what happens when you say, “I Love Myself.” You hesitate, soften it, rush past it, or feel something rise up that you'd rather not stay with. That reaction is not incidental. It reveals the gap between how you function in the world and how you actually experience yourself.
The I Love Myself Method is built to close that gap at the source. It's a repeatable, science-grounded process where self-directed language interrupts patterns, shifts emotional state, and changes behavior. When that changes, decisions change. When decisions change, health, energy, and performance follow.
This method is about creating a different outcome by changing how you relate to yourself first.
